OUR POILCY

Thank you for your interest in a pig from NY Teacup Piggies. Please read our sales policy before placing your deposit.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us prior to adopting a piglet as all adoptions are final and refunds will not be given for any reason once a piglet has been adopted. 

The buyer will automatically forfeit the $250.00 deposit should the buyer for any reason decide to no longer purchase a piggie.  

Your piglet is to be picked up no later than the agreed upon pick up date.  Any deposits or payments will be forfeited and the piggie will be relisted for adoption. 

AFTER YOUR DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED WE WILL ONLY HOLD YOUR PIGLET FOR 10 DAYS, AFTER 10 DAYS A $15 PER DAY FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BALANCE!  

Sizes will vary depending on the litter you get your piggie from.  Please email or call us for particulars on the litter you're interested in.  We base our size estimates on the parent size.  This is only an estimate as we cannot guarantee the adult size because of the nature of genetics and how a particular pig is raised.

SPAY/NEUTER POLICY

It is understood by purchaser that all piglets are solely purchased as pets and do NOT have any breeding rights. Every piglet purchased from NY Teacup Piggies must be spayed/neutered by the new owner before the piglet turns 6 months old. Unless previously discussed otherwise. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian as proof of spay/neuter must be received by NYTP via e-mail at nyteacuppiggies@yahoo.com, once the required procedure has been completed. Failure to comply with this agreement will result in a penalty charge of $5000 and will be billed to the purchaser if proof of spay/neuter is not provided to us.
